The role as the Quality Assurance Lead is to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary clients requirements before they reach the consumer, built with compliance to legal standards and meet our customer’s and stakeholders expectations. Role reports to the General Manager.

1.1 Responsibilities

· ISO 9001 Certification

o Internal Auditing (scheduling and audits)

o Quality reports for Management Reviews

o Quality process author

o Continual improvement advocate at Serapid

o Point of contact for External Auditors

o Lead department Quality process reviews

· Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.

· Establish and refine quality sign-off instructions, standards and documentation for Serapid minimum requirements for all jobs.

· Establish with PM team and customer, quality requirements, standards and documentation where required.

· Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis as set by Client Management team

· Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met

· Submit KPI reports to Operation Team.

· Ensure vendors fully understand all the Quality requirements to meet Client’s requirements. (including vendor Quality audits)

· Collaborate with the other Clients regional Quality Departments to harmonize our approaches

· Prepare the annual Quality budget and forecasts for all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards.

To carry out the role the successful applicant will need the following skills:

· Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

· Knowledge of MS Office and databases

· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Good time-management skills

· Proven experience of evaluating machined and fabricated suppliers to exacting tolerances

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
